      志品（福州）技术工程有限公司（简称CEFC）成立于1994年10月，注册资本人民币1亿元。2013年10月经福建省国有资产监督管理委员会批准，福建省电子信息（集团）有限责任公司增资控股CEFC，CEFC现已成为国有控股企业。

CEFC已具备机电工程专业一级资质、电子与智能化工程专业一级资质、装饰装修工程专业一级资质、房屋建筑工程施工总承包二级资质等。经过多年的发展与积累，CEFC在技术、人才及文化传承方面均达到业内领先水平，已成为一家高新技术企业，并通过了科技型企业认证和物联网企业认证。

Ltd. contributes dollars are now equity participant on October ,2013.
